The Terrace: What You Actually Get

The terrace is the headline, but it is not the same on every plan. Toll Brothers lists a rooftop terrace on the Page and Moss, a private third-floor terrace on the Thorpe, and a covered patio on the Barham. Quick move-ins are tagged either "Rooftop Terrace" or "Outdoor Living Terrace," so ask which one a specific homesite has before you fall for a photo.

Everstead Townhome Features Worth Knowing About


Size that is hard to find new. Plans run 3,192 to 3,417+ sq ft. That is 350+ sq ft more than the largest plan at Terraces at West Cary (2,826 sq ft).

Lofts on more than one floor. The Thorpe, Page, and Moss pair a second-floor loft with a loft on the third floor.

A flex room on the main level. Thorpe, Page, and Moss have one, and select homesites list a first-floor bedroom.

Walk-in closets in the secondary bedrooms. Plus a walk-in pantry on the Thorpe and Barham.

A garage workspace. The Barham includes a garage workspace and extra storage.

Lawn care included. Toll Brothers also lists a private community park.

Cul-de-sac and corner homesites. The first quick move-ins sit on Sunnybell Court, and several are cul-de-sac or corner lots.

No model home yet. Toll Brothers is selling by appointment from an offsite sales center in Morrisville.
